2:
Associate Membership allows 12 rounds of golf. Playing rights reduced at weekends to:- after 1pm Saturday and Sunday (BST) and 12 Noon (BWT). No voting rights. No transfer into Associate Membership from 5 or 7 day Membership.

5 Day Membership allows unlimited golf ~ Monday to Friday. A 5 Day Member may also introduce guests to the course.
The Entry fee is due in full on Membership acceptance.

A Saturday 'Roll Up' has been introduced, primarily for newer members to the Club, with start times between 12.00 and 13.00. We hope that this will assist anyone looking for playing partners, or who may just be looking to widen their playing circle.

Our professional, Peter Hammond will manage the booking system through the Pro Shop. Booking your Saturday slot may be undertaken, in person, by telephone on 01983 403217 (select Option 1) or by email on club@ssgolfclub.com. Booking for any given Saturday will be available from two weeks in advance.

Jane Ambrose joined Shanklin & Sandown as an Academy Member in July 2010. She completed her lessons with Club Pro, Peter Hammond, and played her allocated rounds of golf and in January 2011, joined as a Full Member. She completed her 3 cards for handicap in February and played in her first mixed competition recently, with husband Steve, and scored 31 points.

Reciprocal Arrangements with Other Golf Clubs
All 7 Day, 5 Day and Associate members are entitled to enjoy the reciprocal arrangements we have with other clubs, ie:
Bramshaw
Bognor Regis
Henley (on payment of guest rate)
Lee-on-the-Solent
Romsey
Royal Winchester
Rowlands Castle
These clubs will allow up to four members in any one day (excluding weekends/bank holidays) to play free of charge.
To take advantage of this popular reciprocity please contact the office who will arrange a booking on your behalf.

Finance Options

The Club is pleased to be able to offer a number of options for payment of the annual subscription, clubhouse levy and ancillary payments.

· Annual payment: this can be by way of cash or cheque. We also offer a credit/debit card option, which incurs a £10 surcharge(Credit Card only) to cover handling costs.

· Monthly payment: the Club has entered into an agreement with Fairway Credit whereby payments may be spread over the Clubs financial year. This is offered at a competitive instalment charge of 5.9%. At the time of invoicing, a direct debit mandate will be included for your use.

All Members are eligible for any of the above schemes and will not be subject to any credit vetting procedure.I can also confirm to you that no unsolicited literature or unwanted approaches will be received from outside agencies.
